I am so impressed with this company! I placed my order two days ago and received my necklace today! The company kept me very well informed of the status of my order via e-mails. They sent my necklace FedEx 2nd Day Air for FREE! (Not sure if they always do this or if it was a special promotion.) The necklace is even more gorgeous in "real life". The chain seems to be very durable and I like the fact that it has a lobster clasp. I love the unique way the heart wraps around the chain. I have never seen that before. This is a present for a special family member and I am going to be so proud to give it to her. The necklace comes inside a velvet pouch and the pouch is inside a box.
