Earrings arrived missing part
I received these earrings from SilverSpeck but one of the earrings was missing one of the silver hooks for the ear.Therefore, I was unable to wear them.I asked SilverSpeck to send me the silver hook to complete the earrings (or one replacement earring if they could not do that).Their response was that I needed to pack the earrings back up, go to the post office and mail the product back to them.I told them this was a waste of my time especially considering the problem was due to their negligence.However, they offered no alternatives to me even after I pointed this out to them.So basically, customer service is quite lacking at this company since they failed to take care of their problem.Instead, they wanted me to spend the time and expense to mail back a defective product rather than simply sending me the hook to complete the earrings.I will not order from this vendor again. ... I like Byzantine design for jewelry. This bracelet is unique. It is much more beautiful in real life than in the picture. However, this bracelet is not for men. It looked funny on me, so I ended up giving it to my mom. Looks great on her.

My husband bought me this because he knows I like mother of pearl, and I collect silver jewelry, and my favorite color is pink. Can you say perfect?

What do you expect for $15? Here's what you'll get with this: an 18" long sterling silver (Italian-made, I might add) snake chain and a pretty pendant with mother-of-pearl inlay.

The pendant is not all perfectly pink; the colors play from beige to pink to lavander, depending on how the light hits each inlay. It's about 1" long and 3/4" across. (It's hard to be exact with the measurement because as you can see, it's not your typically symmetrical heart-shape.) The bail is big enough for a layered look, incase you want to put in more than one chain. The back is a solid smooth sterling silver surface, stamped 92.5.

And the chain is NOT so thin that you'd have problems with it getting all knotted (if you've had really skinny chain necklaces, you know what I'm talking about). But you do have to be careful with the snake chain. If you're not carefull, you might permanently bend it, and this will affect its fluidity. ... Read more
