Easy to assemble once you get the hang of it..
This is good quality.I bought all my charms through pugster and was very satisfied with quality and their customer service.Something to take note of is you won't need this starter bracelet if you buy 16 (for a size small adult) or more charms at once.Those charms will be enough to make a whole bracelet.If you are going to go slowly with adding charms, you will need a bracelet to start out with.That was something I was unsure of to start out with.Anyhow, these are fun and a great deal.

Also, they take a while to attach the charms together.My husband used a little screwdriver and I was able to use my fingers once I figured out how to do it.It is kind of hard and frustrating at first, so I recommend buying a tool if you don't have nimble fingers. ... Read more

Cute, but is it worth the price?
I don't own the bracelet but I wanted it for a while and then changed my mind. I give it 3 stars because it looks great but its a bit pricey and people complained about the stones falling out. You could probably find something similar at Claire's for way less then what you would pay for this.

No heart clasp

I've had it for months now and the quality is great. I haven't lost a single stone and it does have the engraved crown on it. It's the same as it was the day it came in the mail. I love it so much that I wear it everyday! It goes well with all of my clothes and hasn't given me any problems.

I was very dissappointed with my bracelet.The stones fell out.I ordered a second one and the same thing happened again.Hopefully they will resolve this problem.It is a very cute bracelet and hope there will be remedy for the problem soon.I'd like to have another one.

Earrings arrived missing part
I received these earrings from SilverSpeck but one of the earrings was missing one of the silver hooks for the ear.Therefore, I was unable to wear them.I asked SilverSpeck to send me the silver hook to complete the earrings (or one replacement earring if they could not do that).Their response was that I needed to pack the earrings back up, go to the post office and mail the product back to them.I told them this was a waste of my time especially considering the problem was due to their negligence.However, they offered no alternatives to me even after I pointed this out to them.So basically, customer service is quite lacking at this company since they failed to take care of their problem.Instead, they wanted me to spend the time and expense to mail back a defective product rather than simply sending me the hook to complete the earrings.I will not order from this vendor again. ...
